is currently April 11. The petitioner that requested the investigation, the Ad Hoc Coalition of American SAP Producers, asked for the extension. Commerce may suspend liquidation and require cash deposits of estimated AD duties beginning on the date it publishes its preliminary determination, or 90 days prior if it finds “critical circumstances.” (See 2111290024 for the initiation and scope of the investigation and 2111040050 for the underlying petition.)
