(see 2202070027). The complaint alleges that Tineco is importing wet dry surface cleaning devices, specifically the “iFloor” and “Floor One” models, that contain items infringing on five of Bissel's patents. Bissel asked the ITC for a permanent limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
