as well as the antidumping duty orders ferrovanadium from South Korea (A-580-886), helical spring lock washers from China and Taiwan (A-570-822, A-583-820) and sulfanilic acid from China (A-570-815). These orders will be revoked unless Commerce finds that revocation would lead to dumping and the International Trade Commission finds that revocation would result in injury to U.S. industry, Commerce said in a notice released Feb. 28.
