Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi (Ozdemir LLC) to Ozdemir Boru Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi (Ozdemir A.S.) recognized for CV duty purposes. In its request, Ozdemir A.S. said the change is in name only and that its business operations remain substantially unchanged. Commerce said that it preliminarily determined in this proceeding that Ozdemir A.S. is the successor-in-interest to Ozdemir LLC. If Commerce confirms this in the final results of the changed circumstances review, Ozdemir A.S. may inherit the CV duty rate assigned to Ozdemir LLC. For entries in 2019, Ozedmir LLC was assigned a zero percent CV duty rate for subject merchandise, as announced in a Feb. 1 Federal Register notice (see 2201310038). Commerce has already determined that Ozdemir A.S. is the successor-in-interest to Ozdemir LLC for antidumping duty purposes, effective Jan. 25.
