have its name change from Jialing-Honda Motors Co., Ltd. to Honda Power Products (China) Co., Ltd. recognized for successor-in-interest purposes related to the AD rate it would inherit. In its request, Honda said the change is in name only and that its business operations remain substantially unchanged. If Commerce confirms this in the final results of the changed circumstances review, Honda Power Products may inherit the AD duty rate assigned to Jialing-Honda, currently 259.17%, as set in the January 2021 final determination of sales at less than fair value in this investigation.
