and “Floor One” models, that contain patent-infringing items. Bissel asked the ITC for a permanent limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders. The ITC is seeking comments on public interest issues raised by the complaint in addition to explanations of how the items are used in the U.S., public health, safety, or welfare concerns, information on directly competitive items, and concerns on how the potential remedies would impact U.S. consumers. Written submissions are due by Feb. 16.
