on one of GE's patents for wind turbine generators. The ITC issued a limited exclusion order prohibiting the importation of certain wind turbine generators. The limited exclusion order concludes a Section 337 investigation that began in 2020 (ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-1218). GE alleged that Siemens imported wind turbine generators and parts unlawfully. The ITC has also issued a cease and desist order against Siemens and declined bond during the 60-day period that the administration has to review the exclusion order.
