Zero rates in a final determination result in termination of an investigation and no resulting order. Once the decision is final following expiration of the period for appeals, revocation of the CV duty order will apply to entries on or after Jan. 7, 2022. For now, Commerce will lower cash deposit rates to zero, and will refund any cash deposits collected under the CV duty order.
