For cash deposit purposes, only the "all others" rate for Turkish rebar is affected, and will fall to 4.07% (3.9% for cash deposits as adjusted for CV duties). Rates also fell for Habas and Icdas, but those companies have since been assigned superseding AD duty rates. The amended rates are applicable as of Sept. 14, 2020.
