OPEX says products from the two companies copy technologies used in its Sure Sort and Perfect Pick systems. The products are scalable robotic sorting and picking systems that allow quick and accurate processing of hundreds or thousands of items in storage and order fulfillment contexts such as warehouses. OPEX seeks a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against HC Robotics and Invata. Comments are due to the ITC Jan. 5, 2022.
