New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Dec. 23
For entries on or after Dec. 23 (the publication date of these final results in the Federal Register), Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates, significantly higher than in the preliminary results. For any other exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all exporters of subject merchandise except those listed below), cash deposit rates will remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. For companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the China-wide rate of 235.93% applies. The new rates are as follows:
| Exporter | AD Rate |
|---|---|
| Yuncheng Jiangxian Economic Development Zone HengTong Casting Co., Ltd (aka HengTong Casting Co., Ltd.) | 235.93% |

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries Aug. 31, 2018, through April 30, 2020. Commerce will liquidate entries during that period at the rates listed above.
(The review period is 08/31/18 - 04/30/20. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2108060036 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
