banning importation and sale of devices from TCL that infringe the relevant patent, which covers an adaptive streaming technology. DivX says the ITC should consider aspects of its complaint under the commission’s pilot program for interim initial determinations, given that the issues have already been raised in another Section 337 proceeding. Comments are due to the ITC Dec. 9.
