Appeals of CIT Decisions
The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:
United States, appealing a July 21 CIT decision sustaining Commerce's remand results concluding that Shelter Forest International Acquisition's hardwood plywood from China does not constitute later-developed merchandise circumventing the antidumping and countervailing duty orders. #21-2240.
