said in announcing the resignations of Endeavor CEO Ariel Emanuel and President Mark Shapiro. Executives aren’t allowed to hold “board positions on companies that compete with each other,” noted acting Assistant Attorney General-Antitrust Richard Powers. Live Nation didn’t comment.
