New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect April 9
For entries on or after April 9, when these final results are scheduled for publication in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for some companies. Exporters that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set for the respective company in the most recent previous administrative review, and exporters that have never been assigned an AD rate will continue to be subject to the China-wide rate. The new rates are as follows:
Exporter | AD Rate |
---|---|
KaiPing Dawn Plumbing Products Inc. | 1.78% |
China-wide. Commerce found five companies did not demonstrate independence from Chinese government control, assigning them to the China-wide entity with an AD rate of 76.45%, as follows: Jiangmen New Star Hi-Tech Enterprise Ltd.; Zhuhai Kohler Kitchen & Bathroom Products Co., Ltd.; Guangdong G-Top Import & Export Co., Ltd.; Jiangmen Pioneer Import & Export Co., Ltd.; and Zhongshan Superte Kitchenware Co., Ltd.
Assessment Rates for Entries April 2019 - March 2020
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between April 1, 2019, and March 31, 2020. Entries from all exporters covered by this review will be liquidated at the rates listed above.
(The review period is 04/01/19 - 03/31/20.
