China Aluminum Extrusions: Final Results of CV Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on aluminum extrusions from China (C-570-968). The agency calculated new CV duty cash deposit rates for the Chinese producers and exporters listed below. These final results will be used to set final assessments of CV duties on importers for entries Jan. 1, 2018, through Dec. 31, 2018.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Jan. 22
New CV duty cash deposit rates for the producers and exporters still subject to his review take effect Jan. 22, the date these final results are scheduled to be published in the Federal Register. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will keep their most recently assigned cash deposit rate, and companies that have never been assigned a CV duty rate will get the all-others rate. The new rates, which will also apply for importer assessment purposes, are as follows:
