For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the companies listed below), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of 2.16% applies.
New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Nov. 27
For entries on or after Nov. 27, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for subject merchandise produced or exported by the following companies:
Producer/Exporter | AD Rate |
---|---|
Bonuts Hardware Logistics Co. | 78.17% |
PT Enterprise, Inc./ Pro-Team Coil Nail Enterprise, Inc. | 78.17% |
Review Average Rate (applicable to 75 companies) | 78.17% |
Average Rate. Commerce is not individually investigating 75 companies subject to this review and instead assigned them an average of the rates assigned to the only individually investigated companies. See Commerce's notice for a full list of these 75 companies.
No Shipments. Commerce found six companies -- Astrotech Steels Private Limited, Jinhai Hardware Co., Ltd., Region International Co., Ltd., Region Industries, Region System Sdn Bhd and Create Trading -- had no shipments to the U.S. during the period under review. Cash deposit requirements for these six companies will not change as a result of this review. Any entries under their case numbers will be liquidated at the 2.16% all others rate.
Assessment Rates for Entries July 2018 - June 2019
Commerce will assess AD duties on importers at the rates listed above for all entries of subject merchandise entered July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019.
(The review period is 07/01/18 - 06/30/19.
