For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the companies listed below), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of 2.16% applies.
New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect March 16
For entries on or after March 16, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for subject merchandise produced or exported by the following companies:
Producer or Exporter | AD Rate |
---|---|
Liang Chyuan Industrial Co., Ltd./Integral Building Products Inc. | 2.54% |
PT Enterprise, Inc./Pro-Team Coil Nail Enterprise, Inc. | 6.72% |
Unicatch Industrial Co. Ltd. | 27.69% |
Hor Liang Industrial Corp | 12.9% |
Romp Coil Nail Industries Inc | 12.9% |
No Shipments. Commerce found six companies -- Astrotech Steels Private Limited; Jinhai Hardware Co., Ltd.; Region System SDN BHD and its affiliates Region Industries Co., Ltd., and Region International Co., Ltd.; and Synn Industrial Co., Ltd. -- had no shipments to the U.S. during the period under review. Cash deposit requirements for these six companies will not change as a result of this review. Any entries under their case numbers will be liquidated at the all-others rate.
Assessment Rates for Entries July 2017 - June 2018
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between July 1, 2017, and June 30, 2018. For entries from Liang Chuyan, PT Enterprise and Unicatch, Commerce is calculating importer-specific AD duty rates. Commerce will assess AD duties at rates listed above for the other companies subject to this review.
(The review period is 07/01/17 - 06/30/18. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1909110022 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
