New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Feb. 27
For entries on or after Feb. 27, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for some companies. Exporters that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set for the respective company in the most recent previous administrative review, and exporters that have never been assigned an AD rate will continue to be subject to the China-wide rate. The new rates are as follows:
Exporter | AD Rate |
---|---|
Jiangmen New Star Hi-Tech Enterprise Ltd. | 1.78% |
China-wide. Commerce found 11 companies did not demonstrate independence from Chinese government control, assigning them to the China-wide entity with an AD rate of 76.45%, as follows: Guangdong New Shichu Import and Export Company Limited; KaiPing Dawn Plumbing Products, Inc.; B&R Industries Limited; Feidong Import and Export Co. Ltd.; Guangdong G-Top Import & Export Co., Ltd.; Jiangmen Pioneer Import & Export Co., Ltd.; Ningbo Afa Kitchen and Bath Co., Ltd.; Xinhe Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd.; Yuyao Afa Kitchenware Co., Ltd.; Zhongshan Superte Kitchenware Co., Ltd.; and Zhuhai Kohler Kitchen & Bathroom Products Co. Ltd.
Assessment Rates for Entries April 2018 - March 2019
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between April 1, 2018, and March 31, 2019. Entries from all exporters covered by this review will be liquidated at the rates listed above.
(The review period is 04/01/18 - 03/31/19. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1912230017 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
