New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Feb. 24
For entries on or after Feb. 24, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for some companies. Exporters that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set for the respective company in the most recent previous administrative review, and exporters that have never been assigned an AD rate will continue to be subject to the China-wide rate. The new rates are as follows:
Exporter | AD Rate |
---|---|
Heze Huayi Chemical Co., Ltd. | 76.63% |
Juancheng Kangtai Chemical Co., Ltd. | 116.83% |
Assessment Rates for Entries June 2017 - May 2018
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between June 1, 2017, and May 31, 2018. Commerce will calculate importer-specific rates for entries from Heze Huayi and Juancheng Kangtai.
(The review period is 06/01/17 - 05/31/18. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1908160010 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
