For any other exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all exporters of subject merchandise except Qingshuiyuan), cash deposit rates will also remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. For companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the 167.58% China-wide rate applies.
(The review period is 11/04/16 - 04/30/18. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1907240013 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
