China HFC Blends: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on hydrofluorocarbon blends from China (A-570-028). Commerce found the only company under review, Weitron International Refrigeration Equipment (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., did not have any shipments to the U.S. during the period of review, so its AD duty rate will not change. Any entries under Weitron's case number during the period Aug. 1, 2017, through July 31, 2018, will be assessed AD duties at the 216.37% China-wide rate.

Additionally, for any other exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all exporters of subject merchandise except Weitron), cash deposit rates will also remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. For companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the China-wide rate applies.
(The review period is 08/01/17 - 07/31/18. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1906130021 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
