Tuesday to U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in Prechtel v. FCC, No. 17-1835-CRC. DOJ proposed that plaintiff's opposition and cross motion be due April 8, defendants' opposition and reply April 22 and plaintiff's reply May 13, noting plaintiff consented. It was giving the court notice, as requested, that appropriations legislation resuming department funding was enacted Friday.
