Recent AD/CV Scope Ruling Requests
The following new requests for antidumping and countervailing duty scope rulings were filed with the Commerce Department since International Trade Today's last update:​

Raw Flexible Magnets from China and Taiwan (A-570-922/C-570-923, A-583-842). Magnum Magnetics, the domestic producer that requested the AD/CV duty orders, seeks a scope ruling that granulated flexible magnets are covered by AD/CV duties. Filed Nov. 21.
Steel Nails from Taiwan (A-583-854). Magnum Tool Corporation requests that Commerce issue a ruling that its "steel to wood roofing nails" are not covered by AD duties because they are Type I, Style 20 nails that the scope language explicitly exempts. Filed Dec. 14.
