Thursday notified the panel about six lawsuits. It’s the circuit where Sprint sued (see 1810290049). Local government groups filed three lawsuits in the 9th Circuit (see 1810310056); Verizon sued in the 2nd Circuit and Puerto Rico Telephone in the 1st Circuit.
