“best practices for improving broadband deployment, digital inclusion, workforce skills, and e-government,” says an NTIA Federal Register notice Tuesday. The webinars will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Eastern time on the third Wednesday of every month, beginning Oct. 17 and continuing through Sept. 18, 2019.
