New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect June 14

New CV duty cash deposit rates for the producers and exporters still subject to his review take effect June 14. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get their most recently assigned cash deposit rate, and companies that have never been assigned a CV duty rate will get the all-others rate. The new rates, which will also apply for importer assessment purposes, are as follows:

Producer/ExporterCV Rate
Jiangsu Senmao Bamboo Wood Industry Co., Ltd.zero
Fine Furniture (Shanghai) Limited0.85%
Review average rate (applicable to 105 companies)0.85%

Average rate companies. The 0.85% average CV rate applies to 105 companies that were under review but not individually reviewed by Commerce. See Commerce's notice for a full list of these 105 companies.

No shipments. Commerce also found that the following companies had no shipments during the period under review: Changbai Mountain Development and Protection Zone Hongtu Wood Industrial Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Yuhui International Trade Co., Ltd., Jiaxing Hengtong Wood Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Shuimojiangnan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. As a result, these companies' CV duty cash deposit rates will not change, and any entries under their case numbers in 2015 will be liquidated at the "all others" rate.

(The review period is 01/01/15 - 12/31/15. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1712070028 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
