Thom Browne, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of first sale treatment in the valuation of its imports of wearing apparel. #18-00127. Filed May 29.

SGS Sports, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of special classification provisions under subheading 9801.00.20 for its wearing apparel re-entering the U.S. #18-00128. Filed May 29.

The government of Indonesia, challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in its antidumping duty investigation on biodiesel from Indonesia. #18-00129. Filed May 29.

Marck & Associates, on the classification of ceramic mugs and cups. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 6912.00.44 (10%) or 6912.00.48 (9.8%). Marck says it should have instead been classified under subheading 6912.00.39 (4.5%). #18-00130. Filed May 30.

Second Nature Designs, on the classification of dried or bleached botanicals. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 0604.90.60 (7%). Second Nature says it instead should have been classified under subheading 0604.90.30 (free). #18-00131. Filed June 1.
