​Appeals of CIT Decisions
The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Jan. 29 - Feb. 4:
American Home Assurance Company, challenging a Jan. 19 CIT order that it pay $1 million in unpaid antidumping duties plus interest to the government to resolve claims on bonds it issued on 23 entries. CIT had previously ruled that an injunction covering those bonds dissolved after CIT issued final judgment in a related case, rather than after it issued partial judgment on those 23 entries (see 1510290023). Opened Jan. 30.
