Teva API, on the classification of silver sulfadiazine. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 2843.29.0100 (3.7%). Teva says it should instead have been classified under subheading 2843.29.0100K (free). #18-00001. Filed Jan. 5.

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Jan. 2-7:

SolarWorld Americas and Goal Zero, appealing an Oct. 31 CIT decision sustaining the Commerce Department's redetermination of antidumping duty rates set in the 2012-13 administrative review on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from China. #18-1372, -1373. Filed Jan. 3.

China Kingdom (Beijing) Import & Export Co., Ltd., Shanghai Ocean Flavor International Trading Co., Ltd., and Deyan Aquatic Products and Food Co., Ltd., appealing an Oct. 25 CIT decision sustaining Commerce's redetermination of antidumping duty rates set in the 2013-14 administrative review on freshwater crawfish tail meat from China. #18-1375. Filed Jan. 3.

Kalle USA, appealing a Nov. 2 CIT decision that found its sausage casings made of plastic-coated textiles are classifiable as made-up textiles, not coated plastics, in the tariff schedule. #18-1378. Filed Jan. 5.
