Winland International, challenging CBP's decision to exclude its truck and bus tires from entry. Winland says the truck and bus tires are admissible. #17-00278. Filed Dec. 11.

Former Employees of Honeywell International, Inc., challenging the Department of Labor's denial of their petition for Trade Adjustment Assistance. #17-00279. Filed Dec. 11.

Accent-Fairchild Group, on the classification of light emitting diodes (LEDs). CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9405.40.80 (3.9%). Accent-Fairchild says it should instead have been classified under subheading 8543.70.70 (2%). #17-00280. Filed Dec. 11.

Certus Automotive, on the classification of interior and exterior plastic automotive parts. CBP classified the merchandise in subheadings 3926.30.5000 (5.3%) and 3926.90.9995 (5.3%). Certus says they should be classified in subheading 8708.29.5060 (2.5%), 8708.94.75 (2.5%), 8708.70.6060 (2.5%), 9401.90.1085 (free), 8512.90.6000 (free) or 8708.99.8180 (2.5%). #17-00281. ​Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Dec. 11-17:

Oman Fasteners, LLC, appealing a Nov. 20 CIT decision that upheld the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on steel nails from Oman. #18-1296. Opened Dec. 12.

Hyundai Heavy Industries and Hyundai Corporation, appealing an Oct. 10 CIT decision that sustained a recalculation of antidumping duty rates assigned in the final results of an AD duty administrative review of large power transformers from South Korea. #18-1300. Opened Dec. 14.
