Pharm-Rx Chemical Corporation, challenging the final results of the Commerce Department's antidumping duty administrative review on glycine from China covering entries in 2015-16. #17-00268. Filed Nov. 13.

Fastenal Company Purchasing, challenging a Commerce Department scope ruling that found its zinc and nylon anchors are subject to antidumping duties on steel nails from China. #17-00269. Filed Nov. 13.

Titanium Metals Corporation, challenging the International Trade Commission's negative injury determination ending the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on titanium sponge from Japan and Kazakhstan. #17-00270. Filed Nov. 15.

Second Nature Designs, on the classification of dried or bleached botanicals. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 0604.90.60 (7%). Second Nature says it instead should have been classified under subheading 0604.90.30 (free). #17-00271. Filed Nov. 17.
