Taiwan Steel Nails: Commerce Lowers AD Duty Cash Deposit Rates

The Commerce Department slightly lowered antidumping duty cash deposit rates for certain exporters subject to AD duties on steel nails from Taiwan (A-583-854), it said in a notice implementing a recent Court of International Trade decision that invalidated rates the agency set in its final AD duty determination. Changes take effect for entries on or after Oct. 14, as follows:
