New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Nov. 13
For entries on or after Nov. 13, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates. For any other exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all exporters of subject merchandise except those listed below), cash deposit rates will remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. For companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the China-wide rate applies. The new rates are as follows:
Exporter | AD Rate | Adjusted* |
---|---|---|
tenKsolar (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. | 86.01% | 85.96% |
China-wide entity | 86.01% | 85.96% |
*Preliminary cash deposit rate, as adjusted for export subsidies found in concurrent countervailing duty proceedings on aluminum extrusions from China.
China-wide entity. Commerce found the following companies did not demonstrate independence from Chinese government control, assigning them to the China-wide entity with an AD rate of 86.01%: Kam Kiu Aluminium Products Sdn. Bhd.; Atlas Integrated Manufacturing Ltd.; Classic & Contemporary Inc.; Dongguan Golden Tiger Hardware Industrial Co., Ltd.; Jiaxing Jackson Travel Products Co., Ltd.; Taishan City Kam Kiu Aluminium Extrusion Co., Ltd.; Shenyang Yuanda Aluminium Industry Engineering Co. Ltd.; Sincere Profit Limited; and Suzhou New Hongji Precision Part Co.
Assessment Rates for Entries May 2015 - April 2016
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to set assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between May 1, 2015, and April 30, 2016. Commerce will liquidate entries from the companies under review at the rates listed above.
(The review period is 05/01/15 -- 04/30/16. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1706050009 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
