17, intervenors' briefs Nov. 27, and petitioner reply briefs Dec. 19 in Citizens Telecommunications v. FCC, No. 17-2296 and consolidated cases. The FCC Friday cited arrival of a new general counsel for the delay request, and said other parties consented. Petitioners are challenging an FCC overhaul of its BDS regime as overly deregulatory and prescriptive (see 1709280035).
