China Crawfish Tail Meat: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review and a concurrent new shipper review on crawfish tail meat from China (A-570-848). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise entered Sept. 1, 2015, through Aug. 31, 2016.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Oct. 12
For entries on or after Oct. 12, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for some companies. Exporters that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set for the respective company in the most recent previous administrative review, and exporters that have never been assigned an AD rate will continue to be subject to the China-wide rate. The new rates are as follows:

Commerce is also ending the concurrent new shipper review for Jingzhou Tianhe Aquatic Products, because its only sale during the period of review was not bona fide. This company will remain subject to the 223.01% China-wide rate.
Assessment Rates for Entries September 2014 - August 2015
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Sept. 1, 2015, and Aug. 31, 2016. Commerce will liquidate entries from Yancheng Hi-King without assessing AD duties. The agency will calculate importer-specific rates for entries from Hubei Nature. Subject merchandise from Xiping Opeck will be assessed AD duties at the rate listed above.
