China Solar Cells: Amended Final Results of CV Admin Review
The Commerce Department is amending the final results of its recently completed countervailing duty administrative review on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China (C-570-980), in order to correct errors it discovered after publication, it said.

These amended final results will be used to set final assessments of CV duties on importers for entries between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2014. Liquidation of entries of solar cells from China during this period are suspended until further notice due to a challenge of the final results at the Court of International Trade, Commerce said.
