Target General Merchandise, on the classification of gazebos. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6307.90.9889 (7%). Target says it should have instead been classified under subheading 7308.90.9590 (free), 9403.20.0030 (free) or 7326.90.8588 (2.9%). #17-00235. Filed Sept. 14.
