China Solar Cells: Amended Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued amended final results of its recently completed antidumping duty administrative review on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China (A-570-979) (here). Rates change for all exporters subject to the review except Canadian Solar. These amended final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise entered Dec. 1, 2014, through Nov. 30, 2015. New rates are as follows:

Average rate. Commerce amended the rates for 25 other companies for which it did not individually calculate AD rates, but instead used an average of rates for Trina and Canadian Solar. See Commerce's notice for a full list.
For any other exporters of subject merchandise, cash deposit rates will remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company (including China-wide rates assigned to several companies in the original final results). For companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the China-wide rate applies.
