China Off-Road Tires: Amended Final Results of CV Admin Review
The Commerce Department is amending the final results of its most recent countervailing duty administrative review on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China (C-570-913). As a result of corrections to CV duty rates calculated for all 46 companies subject to the review, CV duty rates for all of these companies are increasing effective Aug. 25. These final results will be used to set final assessments of CV duties on importers for entries between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2014. Amended CV duty rates are as follows:
