Coalition for American Hardwood Parity, challenging the final results of the Commerce Department's antidumping duty administrative review on multilayered wood flooring from China covering entries in 2014 and 2015. #17-00168. Filed July 5.

BASF Corporation, on the classification of LycoVit. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 2106.90.9700 (28.8 ¢/kg + 8.5%). BASF says it should instead have been classified under subheading 3204.19.3500 (3.1%), 3003.90.0000 (free) or 2106.90.9500 (free) and 9902.24.4100 (free). #17-00169. Filed July 7.

United States, seeking a $1,013,025.84 penalty and $253,256.46 in unpaid duties from Lumatek and Jason Bedell for the grossly negligent misclassification of electrical ballasts. #17-00170. Filed July 7.

Clearon Corporation, challenging the final results of Commerce's countervailing duty administrative review on chlorinated isocyanurates from China covering entries in 2014. #17-00171. Filed July 7.

Composite Technology International, on the classification of LVL engineered door stiles, rails and blocks. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 4421.90.9780 (3.3%). Composite Technology says it should instead have been classified under subheading 4412.99.5100 (free) or 4412.99.9500 (free). #17-00172. Filed July 7.

Canadian Solar International Limited; Canadian Solar Manufacturing (Changshu), Inc.; Canadian Solar Manufacturing (Luoyang), Inc.; CSI Cells Co., Ltd.; CSI-GCL Solar Manufacturing (YanCheng) Co., Ltd.; and CSI Solar Power (China) Inc., challenging the final results of Commerce's antidumping duty administrative review on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China covering entries in 2014 and 2015. #17-00173.
