New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect July 3

For entries on or after July 3, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for some companies. Exporters that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set for the respective company in the most recent previous administrative review, and exporters that have never been assigned an AD rate will continue to be subject to the China-wide rate. The new rates are as follows:

ExporterAD Rate
Dezhou Kaihang Agricultural Science Technology Co. Ltd.zero

China-wide rate. Commerce found Linyi City Kangfa Foodstuff Drinkable Co., Ltd., and 98 other exporters did not demonstrate independence from government control, assigning them the 308.33% China-wide entity rate.

No shipments. Commerce found Zhangzhou Hongda Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd., Zhangzhou Gangchang Canned Foods Co., Ltd. Fujian and Zhangzhou Gangchang Canned Foods Co., Ltd., had no exports to the U.S. during the period of review, so these companies' AD duty cash deposit rate will not change.

Assessment Rates for Entries February 2015 - January 2016

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Feb. 1, 2015, and Jan. 31, 2016. Commerce will liquidate entries from Dezhou Kaihang without regard to AD duties. Subject merchandise from the China-wide companies, including Linyi Kangfa, will be assessed AD duties at the 308.33% China wide rate. Entries under the case numbers of the no shipments companies will be also assessed AD duties at the 308.33% China-wide rate.

(The review period is 02/01/15 -- 01/31/16. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1703060013 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
