China Off-Road Tires: Amended Final Results of AD Admin Review

The Commerce Department is amending the final results of its recently completed antidumping duty administrative review on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China (A-570-912), it said (here). The agency found it erred when calculating rates for 10 companies listed in its April 21 notice. These amended final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise from these 10 companies entered Sept. 1, 2014, through Aug. 31, 2015. Rates for other companies assigned final results in the review will not change. Amended rates are as follows:
