Nexteel Co., Ltd., challenging the final results of Commerce's antidumping duty administrative review on oil country tubular goods from South Korea covering entries in 2014 and 2015. #17-091. Filed April 27.

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of April 24-30:

WWRD, appealing a March 1 CIT decision that found its Christmas- and Thanksgiving-themed dinnerware should be classified in the tariff schedule according to its constituent materials, instead of alongside Seder plates and menorahs in a special duty-free tariff subheading for articles used in specific religious or cultural ritual celebrations (see 1703010037). # 17-1945.
