in docket 11-10. It said the interface Wednesday "experienced significant and unanticipated technical issues that have required the site to be inaccessible. The Bureau is working to resolve these technical difficulties as quickly as possible." The FCC's Electronic Document Management System also had problems Wednesday, which were apparently caused by a computer update, but they were resolved the same day (see 1702220072).
