The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Jan. 23-29:
Maverick Tube Corporation, appealing a Nov. 23 CIT decision that found oil country tubular goods manufactured in Indonesia using Chinese green tubes as an input are not subject to antidumping duties on oil country tubular goods from China, reversing a Commerce Department scope ruling. #17-1504. Filed Jan. 23.
Juancheng Kangtai Chemical Co., Ltd., and Arch Chemicals, Inc., appealing a Nov. 23 CIT decision that sustained a redetermination of an antidumping duty administrative review on chlorinated isocyanurates covering entries in 2010-11. #17-1520, -1528. Filed Jan. 25-26.
