This review covers only three companies. For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the three listed below), cash deposit rates will also remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. For companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the China-wide rate applies.
New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Jan. 17
For entries on or after Jan. 17, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for subject merchandise produced or exported by seven companies, as follows:
Exporter | AD Rate |
---|---|
Heze Huayi Chemical Co., Ltd. | 53.95% |
Hebei Jiheng Chemical Co., Ltd. | 61.03% |
Juancheng Kangtai Chemical Co., Ltd. | 35.05% |
Assessment Rates for Entries June 2014 - May 2015
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between June 1, 2014, and May 31, 2015. Commerce will calculate importer-specific AD duty rates for subject merchandise from all three exporters under review.
(The review period is 06/01/14 -- 05/31/15. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1607120042 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
