Monday. “It is the goal of this project that Minnesota policy makers will be able to document progress towards achieving the state’s broadband goals in Minn. Stat. 237.012 and that Minnesota residents and businesses will have the ability to determine their options by provider, technology and speed, for subscribing to broadband services at their location,” the RFP said.
