New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Nov. 28

For entries on or after Nov. 28, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates. For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the 46 companies listed below), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective exporter. For merchandise exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the China-wide rate of 33.28% applies. New cash deposit rates set in this review are as follows:

China-wide rate. Commerce found the following companies did not demonstrate independence from government control, and assigned them the 33.28% China-wide entity rate: Jangho (which includes Guangzhou Jangho Curtain Wall System Engineering Co., Ltd., and Jangho Curtain Wall Hong Kong Ltd.); Guang Ya Group/Zhongya/Xinya (which includes Guang Ya Aluminium Industries Co., Ltd.; Foshan Guangcheng Aluminium Co., Ltd.; Kong Ah International Company Limited; Guang Ya Aluminium Industries (Hong Kong) Ltd.; Guangdong Zhongya Aluminium Company Limited; Zhongya Shaped Aluminium (HK) Holding Limited; Karlton Aluminum Company Ltd.; and Xinya Aluminum & Stainless Steel Product Co., Ltd.); Atlas Integrated Manufacturing Ltd.; Belton (Asia) Development Ltd.; Classic & Contemporary Inc.; Danfoss Micro Channel Heat Exchanger (Jia Xing) Co., Ltd.; Dongguan Golden Tiger Hardware Industrial Co., Ltd.; Ever Extend Ent. Any shipments entered under their case numbers will be liquidated at the 33.28% China-wide rate.

Assessment Rates For Entries May 2014 - April 2015

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise from companies under review for entries from May 1, 2014, through April 30, 2015. The agency will assess AD duties on importers at the rates listed above for entries exported by the 46 companies subject to this review.
