For any other exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all exporters of subject merchandise except Qingdao WenKem), cash deposit rates will remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. For companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the China-wide rate applies.
(The review period is 06/01/14 -- 05/31/15. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1603110016 for the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
